Chapter members crash Monday evening

Nearly every member that attended Monday’s chapter meeting had tales to tell of how they crashed the flight simulators at the SIU simulator lab.  SIU has a large simulator room in the new Transportation building and members were allowed to try their had at the two C-172 glass panel simulators, the CRJ simulator, and the crosswind trainer.  Several SIU flight instructors were on hand to salvage the wreckage.  No members were seriously injured and all retired back to the break room to enjoy treats and fellowship. Thanks to SIU chief flight instructor Ken Bro and SIU personnel that made the evening quite enjoyable.
